The CRS designation, conferred by the Residential Council of the Realtors National Marketing Institute, recognizes real estate agents for proven experience in marketing residential property. Agents must complete a comprehensive program with testing. Less then 4% of all Realtors hold the CRS designation. This is the number one designation that Relocation Third Party Companies are looking for when selecting an agent.
